e-Notify
e-Notify is a court case event reminder service which enables you to receive email and SMS notifications related to active criminal cases in Florida. The system is currently in a pilot phase covering three counties (Okaloosa, Orange and Nassau) and is expected to be released statewide in early 2020.e-Notify is provided as a FREE public service.
e-Notify is not intended to be the official record or notice of a court event. The official notice will come from the respective Clerk of Court’s office. e-Notify is a courtesy reminder service. All users should independently verify court event dates, times and locations by reviewing their official notice, checking with the Clerk of Court’s office, or verifying that information onsite the date of an event as dates, times and locations may change. The data used by e-Notify may be up to three business days old depending on the timing of system updates.
Website Terms of Use
- This system and all data are the property of the Florida State Courts System.
- Data may not be mined / sold / used in any pay-for-use application, without the express written permission from the Office of the State Courts Administrator.
- This site may not be accessed by any automated program for the purpose of extracting data.
- This site may not be directly linked to by any non-government website without the express written permission of the Office of the State Courts Administrator.
- Unauthorized use or attempted unauthorized use of this system may subject you to appropriate disciplinary action and criminal or civil penalties.
- By checking the box below, you are agreeing to receive Email and SMS notifications from the platform for the cases that you subscribed to in order to receive notifications.

For email subscribers
I understand that by subscribing to email notifications from the e-Notify platform, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions for email subscribers and the below Privacy Notice. I acknowledge that I must provide a valid and working email address to receive notifications.
I agree to opt-in by clicking on the ‘I would like to receive case event notifications by Email' checkbox provided under the Notification Preferences section in the case details page. I also agree to opt-out email notifications by un-checking the same check box under Notification Preferences. I understand that I will continue to receive notifications until I opt-out.
I agree to receive one or more emails from e-Notify, containing court-related information, at the email address provided. I further understand that email frequency depends upon my subscriptions and on activity on the court cases I have subscribed to.
I understand that this is a courtesy notification and not a legal notice. I also understand that the Florida State Courts System is not liable for delayed or undelivered emails. It is my responsibility to contact the appropriate Clerk of Court office for case related information if needed.
For text message subscribers
I understand that by subscribing to text message notifications from the e-Notify platform, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions for text message subscribers and the below Privacy Notice. I acknowledge that I must provide a valid and working mobile number to receive notifications.
I confirm that I am the subscriber to the provided mobile mobile number or that I am the customary user of that number and that I am authorized to opt-in for notifications. I understand that I will continue to receive notifications until I opt-out.
I agree to opt-in by clicking on the ‘I would like to receive case event notifications by: Text' check box provided under the Notification Preferences section in the Case Details page. I also agree to opt-out from text notifications by un-checking the same check box under Notification Preferences. I understand that I will continue to receive notifications until I opt-out.
I agree to receive one or more text messages from e-Notify containing court-related information, sent to the mobile mobile number that I provided. I further understand that text message frequency depends upon my subscriptions and on activity on the court cases I have subscribed to.
I further understand that:
- I can opt-out at any time to discontinue all future notifications from the e-Notify platform by unchecking all of the Email Reminders and Text Reminders check boxes under Notification Settings.

- Text messaging is not available in all areas and on all devices.
- Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported.
I understand that this is a courtesy notification and not a legal notice. I also understand that the Florida State Courts System and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Florida Supreme Court, Office of the State Courts Administrator, or the Florida State Courts System, cannot be held responsible for the release of personally identifying information which does not meet the requirements for exemption as specified under Florida law.
